●  It  does  not,  it  is  the  interpretation,  based  on  a  student's  period  of  high  school eligibility. 

●  Having  an  employee  who  is  an  alumni  of  a  school  would  not  necessarily  exclude  the business.  Further review of the employer-employee status would be needed. 

●  Not if the middle school is not a WIAA member school. 

●  Not  an  expectation,  they  are  not  members  of  the  WIAA.  There  is  no  way  to realistically educate all businesses since it is not restricted to your own community. 

●  At  the  high  school  level,  advertising  and  donating  are  often  closely  entwined.  Further review of these contributions would be needed. 

●  Students  with  or  without  NIL  currently  make  the  choice  between  club  or  high  school sports. 

●  There  is  no  restriction  for  what  non-school  entities  may  do  NIL  deals.  Restrictions  are on the students from who they can receive them from related to their school teams.

●  According  to  the  University  of  Vermont  Grossman  School  of  Business,  an  estimated 1% of high school students engage in NIL activities.

●  Assuming  the  question  relates  to  the  business  being  a  new  booster  for  the  school,  it would not be a requirement.
