- Where in the language does it say the duration of the HS students years?
- Businesses have employees who are alumni, can they provide NIL?
- Middle schools, is that during their tenure of an athletic career?
- Do we educate the businesses on the rules of NIL?
- Is it District wide donors or limited to just High School donors?
- Would this allow kids to go the club route to accept NIL and not do HS sports?

- Can a school district not allow NIL by board policy or athletic code even if WIAA adopts?
- What about businesses that donate to youth sports organizations in our community, are they then not eligible to do an NIL deal with our high school athletes? The same for high school boosters or GridIron Clubs?
- Would a school not allowing NIL, would that be an extenuating circumstance to allow a transfer waiver?
- Regarding student-athletes being self-employed. Currently the WIAA recognizes officials as independent contractors. If students officiate WIAA sanctioned events, thus are independent contractors, would they be in violation?
- What is the rationale behind allowing NIL money but not allowing a student-athlete to be self-employed? Why couldn't our star champion wrestler run his own skills camp?
- Will a school have to forfeit games if it is found that a student-athlete's NIL agreement was in violation of WIAA regulations?
- Do you think the WIAA is concerned about potentially creating a divide between communities that have access to NIL opportunities and those that do not?
